| We're always looking for something new and exciting to read, so tell us all about what you've been reading lately and how you like it. Please don't waste time talking about it if it's "okay." And try to post pictures of the covers! Because some of us *cough* judge books by their covers. Merci beaucoup. Aimez-vous bien! | |

| Probably the best book I've read in awhile is The Ayslum for Wayward Victorian Girls, by Emilie Autumn. Its a book about modern day Ayslums and the Victorian Asylums and how now much has changed. Its based off her life. I think one of the things that made it even better was that none of the pages where black and white. They where all like glossy magazine pages with picture of her, illistrations, some parts are in her handwritting. Its the most beautiful book I've seen for awhile. So for those who judge a book by its picture: | |

| Never is a long time Britt. The Hunger Games series is a really good series. Its going to be made into a movie too and the author is writing the script, which I highly approve off. Its about a game where a boy and girl out of every district is forced to play a games where the prize is your life because the idea is kill or be killed. I cannot wait for the third books. The author is very good at clif hangers. | |

I probably could get into it if I had nothing else to read, but at the time I was also reading a more interesting series. But if it was between The Hunger Games and my Anne Rice books...

| Screw how much hype tends to cheapen stuff. This book deserves every bit of it: The Road occurs in a post apocalyptic setting. The story is about a father's struggle to keep his son alive and human in a barren, bleak new world. | |

I have yet to see the movie, but I plan on seeing it this week since I'm on Spring Break. However, I've already heard that the movie is NOTHING like the book and they messed up a lot of the story line and the characters. I want to see it for myself, of course.

That wouldn't of suprised me, most books are stuffed up when turned into a movie
